Stephanie Seo, MA, RCC

Stephanie Seo, MA, RCC, is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. Stephanie has studied extensively in the field of Family Counselling and Multicultural Counselling, and believes that every human has the potential to grow in positive ways if they are provided with genuine acceptance and sincere caring. Her personal experience of moving to Canada as part of the immigrant community has helped her develop and maintain the trusting relationship with her multicultural clients, and has informed her view that inclusive work with them involves respectful and responsive to their unique cultural life experience.

서수화 상담사는 BCACC (브리티시 콜롬비아 임상 상담사 협회)에 정식으로 등록된 전문 상담사입니다. 가족상담과 다문화상담에 깊은 경험과 전문적인 지식이 있으며, 진심 어린 인정과 배려가 있을 때 모든 사람이 긍정적인 모습으로 성장할 수 있는 잠재력을 가지고 있다고 믿습니다. 학창시절 캐나다로 이민 와 새로운 문화에 적응해야 했던 경험이 한국 이민자들을 포함한 다양한 국적의 내담자들과 신뢰 관계를 유지하는 것을 돕고, 각자의 문화적 경험들을 존중하고 세심한 반응을 보이 것이 포괄적인 상담 서비스를 제공하는 데 중요하다는 것을 가르쳤다고 말합니다.
